Tim is a biologist that has enjoyed a 40+ year career consulting to the hydro industry on fish passage, diadromous fish biology, fishway effectiveness, and regulatory strategy. He has been active in professional and industry organizations and efforts including the Uncommon Dialogue Workgroup 3/5, Vice President and Board of Directors of NHA, more than a decade on the Board of Directors of the Hydropower Foundation, and decades long member of American Fisheries Society including a two term President of the Bioengineering Section.
