Aaron Dale is the Director Renewables Operations at Duke Energy. He is responsible for remotely operating more than 5,500 megawatts of hydro, solar, and battery resources. Additionally, he is tasked with developing and executing a strategy to integrate an additional 11,000 megawatts by 2030. Aaron began his career with Duke Energy as an engineer 14 years ago and has held leadership roles in engineering, risk management, business planning, and operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a master's degree in business, and is a Professional Engineer.
