Camille Ellsworth manages energy storage projects as a Development Associate at rPlus Energies, a national leader in utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage development. Camille plays an integral role in planning, organizing, and directing the projects, ensuring the successful navigation of complex project milestones. Camille started her energy journey as an intern with Clēnera, a renewable energies company. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University (BYU) with an emphasis in Econometrics and Natural Resource Economics. Camille joined rPlus after having spent 4 years at Goldman Sachs, a prominent member of the ‘Big 4’ investment banks, where she spearheaded Global Markets development projects. As an associate with Goldman, Camille became adept at driving strategic direction to achieve operational excellence and expedite business outcomes. Her track record in project management consistently resulted in breakthrough achievements, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. Ms. Ellsworth currently serves as the Chair of Future Leaders of Waterpower (FLOW), a National Hydro Association (NHA) committee. In this role, she leads initiatives to create a platform for ambitious, young professionals in Hydropower, increase engagement of a diverse demographic in the industry, and ultimately shape the future of the hydropower sector.
