The Board of Directors is the governing body of the National Hydropower Association (NHA) and has the responsibility for its general supervision and strategic direction. (The list of the Board of Directors is HERE.)
The Board of Directors' meeting is one of four held in person throughout the year. The purpose is to conduct the business of the association and discuss the progress of the work on NHA's priority actions as established by the Board.
All Board members and advisors are required to attend. The leadership of committees, councils, and roundtables are invited/encouraged to attend as observers.
NHA Board of Directors meetings are open to all member organizations, so any employee of any NHA member organization is welcome to attend and observe the meeting. (The directory of NHA member organizations is HERE.)
