Shari Brady

Shari Brady serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer with Salt River Project [SRP] Hydro Generation Engineering department with more than 15 years of experience in the power generation/utility industry. She has a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Her main focus is providing engineering support for the SRP hydro generation sites primarily for the electrical/control systems [generator, excitation, and DCS control systems], maintaining equipment reliability, and hydro fleet asset operational optimization. Her work includes overseeing maintenance strategies, leading upgrade projects, providing technical support for electrical assets, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
