Brandon Boudreau

Brandon Boudreau is the Owner and President of Fairbanks Mill, a Vermont-based company founded in 1979 and specializing in hydroelectric and industrial millwright services. With more than 20 years of hands-on hydro millwright experience, Brandon has built his career working on the mechanical systems that keep hydroelectric facilities operating.

His experience includes turbine and generator installation and repair, precision alignment, rigging, welding and fabrication, mechanical troubleshooting, and complete hydro plant rehabilitation. Brandon works directly with plant owners, utilities, engineers, and operators to develop practical solutions for everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs and major rehabilitation projects.

As both a business owner and working millwright, Brandon brings a field-driven perspective to every project. His focus at Fairbanks Mill is maintaining the company’s hands-on approach while continuing to grow its capabilities and support the hydroelectric industry throughout the Northeast and beyond.
